The Toronto Offshore Grand Prix is a high-speed powerboat racing event featuring some of the fastest boats and top racers in the sport. It showcases thrilling offshore racing on Toronto’s waterfront.

Date: July 11-13

Location: Various activities will take place at Humber Bay Parks West, Marine Parade Drive, Car Park 206 (Lakeshore Blvd & Windermere Avenue), Mimico Cruising Club, Argonaut Rowing Club & The Boulevard Club throughout the weekend

Spectator access may be free from all along Lakeshore Boulevard, but VIP viewing zones and hospitality areas require ticket purchases.

The event features the following classes with some reaching speeds up to 240kph: Supercat, Super Stock, PRO Class One, 450R Factory Stock, Super Vee, Modified V, Bracket Classes, UIM Class 3X, 3C, 3 Extreme. 

The course length varies, but offshore races typically range from 6 to 8 kilometers per lap, with multiple laps completed depending on the race class.

Competitors must meet racing regulations and register through the American Power Boat Association (APBA) which is the official race sanctioning body. Visit https://raceworldoffshore.com/toronto-registration/ for registration details.

The races can be viewed all along Lakeshore Blvd from Humber Bay Parks to Ontario Place for free. VIP viewing is available at Argonaut Rowing Club on Saturday 12th July and Boulevard Club on Sunday 13th July 

Yes! The event features food trucks, live music, vendor booths, and interactive exhibits for fans of all ages.

Yes, but there may be designated boater safety zones and restrictions near the racecourse. Please take a look at the on-water race circuit for update’s on spectator boating.

Date of closure: Thursday, July 10, 2025 8:00am – Monday, July 14, 2025, 04:00pm

Parking spaces will be limited to available green-p and public parking along Lakeshore Blvd. We strongly recommend that you plan your journey with public transit.
